Commercial Inflatable Buying Guide - Part 1

Commercial Inflatable Buying Guide - Part 1

Whether you are buying for your rental business or just your own backyard use, there are many things to consider when purchasing an inflatable bounce house. With so many types and styles to choose from, it can be difficult to decide which one to ultimately buy. Here are some things to consider when purchasing inflatable units:

Set Your Budget

Before even looking at bounce houses, it is important to first set a budget. Knowing how much money you can spend will help when purchasing your unit. When determining your budget, also look at your monthly expenses. Is there room in your budget for another monthly bill and if so, how much? Is financing an option for purchasing equipment?

At Tent and Table, we have many new, previously used, clearance and promotional items to choose from. We can help you choose the right product for the right price. We also have affordable financing options to help offset the initial startup costs. Our staff will be more than happy to sit with you to determine your needs and plan the best purchasing plan for your business.

Do Your Research

There are many companies and individuals who sell inflatable structures and bounce fun houses. But just because they sell them, doesn't guarantee that they are good. Before making any purchase, you need to do your homework. Find out who the company is, where their products are made, what type of materials they use and what type of warranty they have on their units. The inflatables you purchase should be safe, durable and high quality products that are guaranteed to last for a decent length of time.

At Tent and Table, all of our inflatable structures are made with the highest quality materials that exceed all government standards. We take quality and safety very seriously. Before any item is put on the market, we test them extensively to guarantee that the structure is safe, durable and in excellent working condition.

Commercial vs. Residential Bounce Houses

When looking at buying inflatable products for your rental company, it's important to buy commercial-quality units. Residential units are more affordable, but they are designed to be backyard toys and used occasionally. Commercial bounce houses are designed to withstand the wear and tear of daily use throughout a busy season.

All inflatable bounce houses, slides and inflatable water slides that Tent and Table sells are made for commercial use. They are made with the highest quality, most durable materials on the market and they are guaranteed to withstand daily use.

Durability

Not all commercial bounce house are made the same either. We manufacture all of our inflatables using the strongest PVC vinyl in the industry that will hold up the demands of rental use.

Size Matters

If you are shopping for an inflatable for your own personal use then make sure you buy one that will fit the area you plan on setting it up in. Size is also something rental companies should keep in mind. Think about the market your customers in. Is it more urban, residential or rural? If you service an area that is predominantly urban with homes that are closely situated, then think about keeping more smaller units in your inventory. If you service more residential areas or rural areas with big yards and spaces for setup, then it would be good to keep some larger, premium units on hand.

Make sure your rental customers also understand this when they are picking out a bounce house to rent. They should select an unit that will fit their venue and accommodate the right number of people for their event.
