Commercial Inflatable Buying Guide - Part 2

Here is the second part of our Commercial Inflatable Buying Guide. These are some helpful tips to consider when purchasing a commercial inflatable bounce house or slide.

Design And Style

For existing businesses, chances are you have an idea of the type of inflatable interactive you're looking to purchase. Having already bought inflatables to rent, you probably have an idea of what you're looking for to expand your inventory.

However, as a new business owner, deciding on what type of bounce house to purchase can be challenging. With so many options, designs, sizes and functions available, trying to choose the right inflatable fun house to start your business with can be a difficult decision. When making your choices, think about who your target market is, the size of venues your they will likely be using and what your budget is. You should also research different units to see what they do and what other accessories you may need to operate them. Ask questions and take the time to look at the different products that are available.

If you are new to the industry, then it might be a good idea to start your inventory with bounce houses that have colors and/or themes that have mass appeal. Buying an inflatable that is generally designed for boys or girls will limit your rental opportunities. After you’ve become established then you can add additional units and offer a more diverse selection.

At Tent and Table, our professional representatives are more than happy to sit with you and go through all of your options. We have worked with many new and existing companies and can answer all of your questions about buying inflatable products. We can help you choose the perfect inflatable playhouse for your business.

Don’t Blow It

Commercial inflatable bounce houses require a blower that continually supply air to them. Make sure to purchase a blower that is powerful enough to keep your bounce house fully inflated during use.

We carry a complete line of Zoom Blowers that are designed specifically for use with inflatable bounce house and slides.

Slippery When Wet

As an added value for your rental customers during the summer months, look for bounce houses and slides that can be used in both wet and dry applications. Tent and Table’s wet/dry units come with a sprinkler house that turn your slide into cooling water slide on warm days.

Fun For All Ages

While the obvious target audience for inflatable bounce houses and slides are children, there are plenty “children at heart” that cannot resist the temptation of jumping around inside a bounce or going down a big inflatable slide when they see one. While most residential bounce houses can only hold users that weigh 100 lbs or less, Tent and Table’s commercial bounce house are designed to hold users that weigh up to 250 lbs. That means your average adult can also take a turn and feel like a kid again. We do recommend that you do not allow adults or bigger children inside the bounce house when smaller children are using it to avoid collisions.

If you ever have any questions when selecting an inflatable bounce house or slide, Tent and Table has an experienced staff of sales representatives that can help you identify the perfect unit to add to your rental business.
